Rental Payment
Our Costa Rica vacation rentals have maid and pool service only, two days per week, unless noted in villa description. We will provide you with directions to Banks, groceries, restaurants, activities etc. once your reservation has been confirmed. At this time we accept money orders, wire transfers. You will receive by mail a paid invoice, area attractions, recommendations and  local map of the area when payment has been received.

    *All rates are U.S. Dollars

    ***100% due 45 days before arrival
  • Secure Reservation Amount
    **35% DEPOSIT REQUIRED, unless noted in villa description, at time of reservation of our Costa Rica vacation rentals.
    ** Signed rental agreement mailed with deposit.
  • Refunds
    Cancellations must be made in writing. 
    Cancellations before 60 days of rental dates will be fully refunded
    minus a booking fee of $300. If cancellation is made before 30 days of rental dates and another renter is found for the rental dates refund will be 30%.
    If no renter is found for your rental dates 30 days prior to rental dates all monies will be forfeited. Any non-refunded fees may be used as credit toward rental through the end of the year following the year of the original reservation.
