Looking for the perfect Costa Rica vacation rental? Built in the private gated community of Vistas del Pacifico. Our Costa Rica vacation rental, the Villa La Amistad (house of friendship), is a privately owned, new home perched on top of a mountain overlooking the mouth of Culebra Bay and the Gulf of Papagayo on the Pacific Ocean in the Province of Guanacaste. 1800 sq. ft. of air conditioned space and over 800 sq. ft. covered Patio space. Our Costa Rica vacation rental is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, DVD-CD stereo, satellite TV, Rancho, private pool with waterfall and central air conditioning.
Two bedrooms with king size beds leading to the balcony overlooking breath taking views of the Pacific. By the pool of our Costa Rica vacation rental you can sun bathe or sit under the Rancho and grill the fresh catch of the day as you sip on a cold beverage. Or simply relax after a day of activities. When the sun goes down, the fiber optic lighting system throughout the landscape and around the pool will lure you to enjoy the night air. Average temperature is 70 at night, 88 in the day.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house. It is so great here with the ocean view and all the tropical flowers and plants! Everyone here was superb and we loved all of them (Sharon, Migdalia, Jorge and Javier). Migdalia is a great cook and did an excellent job cleaning and taking care of us. We took good care of your beautiful home!
We saw monkeys, birds and caught 3 sailfish, 1 Rooster, 1 Red Snapper & 1 "local fish" (not sure of name). We had a great time with Raphael and Ronnie on our deep sea fishing trip. Thanks so much for recommending them to us.

Kitchen
Complete kitchen- microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, George Foreman grill, blender, dishwasher and more.
In the utility room we have a washer and dryer. Our maid will wash your cloths during your vacation and before you leave, so you want have to go home with suit cases full of soiled cloths.

Villa Amistad has become a little piece of heaven on earth for us during our first visit to Costa Rica. As honeymooners, the trip was destined to be a blast right of the bat. Costa Rica and the villa were icing on the proverbial cake! Initially we were to visit for seven days, but quickly extended that deadline as we began to feel like Ticos. Thank you for offering such a beautiful place to the public. We are already talking about another trip.

Pool with Waterfall
21' wide x 31' long pool with three sunken stools to watch each sunset while you drink your favorite beverage. Pool has a 20' waterfall, mosaic inlaid tile and fiber-optic lighting.
We loved everything. We were extremely satisfied with everything you planned for us. We believe that you will be very successful with your rental home. We have certainly told our friends about the great service you provided. We definitely want to return. The whole trip was such a great experience.

You deserve the best on your vacation! Have a massage therapist come to the Villa la Amistad after a day of activities.

Rancho
Exterior dining area with grass roof includes ice maker, sink, cooler, ceiling fan, BBQ grill and table for four. 20' rock waterfall splashing into the pool all day will give a peacefull serine feeling. So relaxing!

Where do we begin? Our trip to Playa Panama has been absolutely amazing! When we left Atlanta 7 days ago, we had not a clue as to what was awaiting our arrival.From the gorgeous casa, tranquila mar, Buena Vista, Playa Caboyal & sailing with Captain John on Drums of Bora. We can't say enough. Everyone was amazing. The simple way of life here truly makes you remember what is important. We strongly recommend doing all of the above along with being adventures and seeing as much of this beautiful place as possible - Tamarindo - fun young surf town. Play Panama -
Mario at Costa Congrejo prepared us dinner on the beach next to a fire under the stars - Wonderful! Sunset cruise, hanging out by the pool and never getting use to waking up with a slice of heaven outside your bedroom door! The hospitality is unbelievable Chris, Corbin, Migdalia only adds to the experience.

Entrance to Villa la Amistad
Palm trees (6 types), Ficus trees (3 types), Citrus trees including Limes, Lemons and Orange, Fruit trees including Mango, Papaya, Banana. Hibiscus, Haliconia, Bird of Paradise, Poinsettias, bougainvillea (5 different colors) are just some of the foliage planted around Villa la Amistad. Keep an eye out for the humming birds and parrots!

Villa la Amistad requires a minimum of 4 night occupancy.
Weekly rate 4-15 to 11-15-10 (7 NIGHTS) $1,250.00 ($178.50 per night) up to 4 guests, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 6. $45.00 per night per guest, 5-6 guest. 4 night minimum at 220.00 per night.
Weekly rate 11-16-10 to 5-30-11 $1,475.00, 4 night minimum at $250 per night.
A deposit of 35% is required to hold a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.
