Las Brisas rental properties are located in the Vistas del Pacifico community just outside of Playa Panama and overlooking the beautiful Culebra Bay. All the natural beauty and activities of the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica lie within an easy drive of Las Brisas.
Villa Las Brisas is a spacious, 4000 square feet, modern home that has four master suites, with the upstairs suite having the features of an efficiency apartment. The private pool, outdoor kitchen area and gardens add to creating an intimate and relaxing environment.

Villa Las Brisas requires a minimum of 7 night occupancy.
$3500.00 per week for 2-8 guests, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 8.
$500.00 Refundable security deposit.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. Payment of the refundable security deposit of $500 can be made along with your final payment.
We accept Money orders or bank transfers as payment. We do not accept credit cards.
