This home is perfect for the 4 to 6 person family or the honeymooners that want privacy. Hi Paul and Ami. Just wanted to let you know that I am safe and sound in cold icy Chicago. Costa Rica was fantastic! We had such a good time. I do plan to go back. Laura and I have the same birthday. The villa was wonderful and Laura/Tino took really good care of us. Costa Rica's largest province, Guanacaste, more so than any other, has a little of all that the country has to offer. Characterized by sweeping savannas and rolling hills that turn dense and green in the rainy season, Guanacaste is edged with volcanic mountain ranges and national forestlands to the east and miles and miles of Pacific Coast beaches to the west. The climate perhaps is Costa Rica's most temperate, averaging 85°F and only 65 inches of rainfall annually. It is all within easy reach from Playas del Coco, the first beach community you arrive at when traveling southwest from the provincial capital of Liberia. Located 30 miles from Liberia and 17 miles from Liberia's Daniel Oduber International Airport, Playas del Coco is a traditional fishing town set on a large, sandy cove in the heart of Guanacaste's Papagayo Gulf. Here, the lush sounds and greenery of the jungle combine with the grandeur of the Pacific to create a laid-back tropical atmosphere in which Costa Rican tradition and culture mesh with an international population and Western World creature comforts.

The bank, church, police station, restaurants and post office are located around Coco's main paved road as are a well-stocked supermarket, hardware store, pharmacy and taxi services. All water activities are located either on the Del Coco beach or in the town of Coco. Satellite television, telecommunications and DSL Internet services are available. There's a medical clinic in town and 24-hour emergency services only a few minutes away. International port and immigration offices operate out of Coco, while plans for a full-scale marina are underway. Among the available leisure activities is plenty of opportunity for shopping. Open-air booths and small retail stores line the main road of Coco.

Costa Rica is a wonderland for those who love nature, adventure and the outdoors. At local dive sites, huge schools of grunts, damsels, scorpionfish, triggerfish and more make their home within local dive sites as do frogfish, octopus, white tip sharks and several varieties of moray eels and rays. Further afield at the Catalinas or Bat Islands, mantas, huge schools of cow-nose or devil rays and bull sharks are the things to see.
Three golf courses surround the area with the closest being only 15 minutes from the development.

Weekly rate 4-15 to 11-15-10 (7 NIGHTS) $1,250.00 ($178.50 per night) up to 4 guests, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 6. $45.00 per night per guest, 5-6 guest. 4 night minimum at 220.00 per night.

Weekly rate 11-16-10 to 5-30-11 $1,475.00, 4 night minimum at $250 per night.

A deposit of 35% is required to hold a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.
