Here, the lush sounds and greenery of the jungle combine with the grandeur of the Pacific to create a laid-back tropical atmosphere in which Costa Rican tradition and culture mesh with an international population and Western World creature comforts.

The bank, church, police station, restaurants and post office are located around Coco's main paved road as are a well-stocked supermarket, hardware store, pharmacy and taxi services. All water activities are located either on the Del Coco beach or in the town of Coco. Satellite television, telecommunications and DSL Internet services are available. There's a medical clinic in town and 24-hour emergency services only a few minutes away. International port and immigration offices operate out of Coco, while plans for a full-scale marina are underway. Among the available leisure activities is plenty of opportunity for shopping. Open-air booths and small retail stores line the main road of Coco.

For those who like an active nightlife, there also are numerous bars, discos and restaurants offering local and international cuisine. There are even casinos open late into the night. Indeed, most of what you need or could want is at your fingertips in Playas del Coco. After several years of planning, the first phase of the long-awaited marina project is complete. The US $ 2.94 million project promises to give a big boost to Coco’s economy, benefiting commercial and sport fishing, the tourism industry, local businesses and residents alike.

Costa Rica is a wonderland for those who love nature, adventure and the outdoors. The Vista Marina Residential Development is centrally located to all the important tourist developments, parks and reserves in and around Guanacaste, giving you unencumbered access to a full range of outdoor leisure fun. From the area, you can easily hike through a misty cloud forest, zip along the treetop on a canopy tour or mountain bike through dense, lowland forest. Inside, the design and amenities of our villa keep space and comfort in mind. The living and dinning areas are open to the main terrace. Modern kitchen includes built in breakfast bar, hard wood cabinetry and granite counter tops with seperate laundry room.

A deposit of 35% is required to hold a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.
